Our first seminar "Crisis and cities: a dual world of capital cities" took place in Warsaw on 23rd of September at wonderful venue - Old Library of Warsaw University. Special big thanks to Maciek Smietkowski and Dorota Celinska-Janowicz for excellent organisation of the event and for making everybody feel very welcome and comfortable.
Event had two crucial parts: official, with the actual presentations and discussions; and unofficial, with the debates over coffee, lunch and excellent dinner at Delicja Polska. Sometimes it is difficult to say which one is more important and thought-provoking.
